What a glorious time to commune with inspiring facilitators, engage in thought-provoking exercises, relax in a homey environment and reclaim lovely, lost pieces of yourself and consume delicious healthy meals and snacks. The Orlando Self Care retreat is a one of a kind weekend of connection, introspection, creativity, authenticity, fun and true self-care. Harper, Tracy, and Lesa are amazing facilitators, delivering workshops inspired by the work of Byron Katie, Martha Creek, Brene Brown, and other thought leaders. The retreat takes place in an intimate setting where participants stay in a house together and every meal is nutritious, healthy, delicious, and made from scratch. It seems in our culture that self-care does not come naturally for women and its something we have to work hard to have. This retreat shows what self-care practice looks like. I am grateful for what I have learned at this retreat and for the opportunity to start showing my daughter from a young age what self-care looks like. As long as I have the means to I will continue coming every year. Come to this stunning event with an open heart and a willingness to grow and you will be forever changed! This self-care retreat was amazing! The food, location, and most importantly the workshop content was spot on! There was a nice balance of activity and time for self-reflection.  I enjoyed the semi-private yoga practice each day along with the vegan food and cooking; all lessons that encouraged me to continue healthy habits at home. This weekend retreat was the perfect get away to reset, redefine and gain perspective. This 4 day (re)treat is dedicated to the practice of self-care.  Spend the weekend with an encouraging tribe of like-minded women while participating in workshops, creative lessons, vegan cooking demos, yoga, meditation and downtime by the pool.
